Description In this study, we used the leaves and flowers of female and male plants of TK to obtain transcriptome information using Illumina sequencing technology. The goals were to search for differential expression genes (DEGs), and to screen for the key genes related to sex differentiation in order to lay a foundation for revealing the sex differentiation mechanism of TK at the molecular level.
