Description

In this project, ApcMin/+ and AOM/DSS colorectal cancer mouse models were selected as the research objects. Through modeling and fecal bacteria transplantation experiments, feces were collected for metagenomic and metabolomic detection techniques, to explore the potential relationship between sex-specific intestinal microbes and male-to-female survival rates of colorectal cancer.
