Juvenile-onset recurrent respiratory papillomatosis (JORRP) is a rare disease in children, caused by human papillomavirus (HPV) type 6 and 11. At present, it is believed that the high recurrence rate of JORRP is mediated by compromised anti-viral and anti-tumor immune responses. While the host pathogenic genes and the immune evasion mechanism of HPV promote its persistent and recurrent infection remains unknown. In this study, we intend to carry out multi-omics joint analysis of the genome transcriptome and proteome landscapes of tumor tissue and peripheral blood in JORRP by whole exome sequencing (WES), single-cell transcriptome profiling (single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq)) and mass cytometry. |
