Our large-scale single-cell data comprehensively delineates the landscape, dynamic changes, and therapy-induced evolution of immune cells and tumor cells in the peritoneal cavity during GCPM, which may provide a new direction for future research on the molecular mechanisms of GCPM and help design effective treatment strategies for GCPM in the future.
