| Abstract | A genome-wide association study (GWAS) was performed for lactation and body size traits of 392 and 302 Chinese Holstein cows, respectively, using GGP Bovine 100K SNP gene chips. Eighteen key SNP sites associated with lactation traits and five key SNP sites associated with body size traits were identified. |
