| Abstract | To maximize the potential of Zhejiang Province's local germplasm and to mine key genes associated with significant traits, we performed genome resequencing on the self pollinated offspring of 227 local varieties in Zhejiang Province, and formed a new population with resequencing data from 145 domestic and foreign inbred lines. Combined with phenotype data, we conducted whole genome association analysis to uncover key genes for agronomic, quality, and disease resistance traits, laying the foundation for the full utilization of local germplasm in Zhejiang Province. |
