CRC Case-only set: All participants were unrelated Han Chinese individuals who underwent surgical treatment at Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University and Tongji Hospital of Huazhong University of Science and Technology (Hubei Province, China), between January 2019 and February 2023. Genomic DNA was extracted from peripheral blood samples using the Relax Gene Blood DNA System Kit and detected by the Illumina Asian Screening Array.
