Abstract

Herein, we investigated the molecular profiles of liver oligometastatic NSCLC and their correlation with TMB, as well as the distribution of actionable alterations by performing 1021-gene next-generation sequencing (NGS). Our results shall help clinicians optimize the individualized cancer treatment for liver oligometastasis, especially the application of systematic therapy such as targeted therapy and immunotherapy.
