| Abstract | This dataset contains the full genome-wide association study (GWAS) summary statistics for seven liver function traits: alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), gamma-glutamyl transferase (GGT), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), albumin (ALB), globulin (GLB), and direct bilirubin (DBIL). The statistics were generated using inverse-variance-weighted (IVW) meta-analysis, combining results from the HOPE cohort (Chinese Han, N=50,569) and UK Biobank (European, South Asian, and African ancestries, N=405,356). The data includes effect sizes (beta), standard errors, P-values, and allele frequencies for variants across the genome, aligned to the GRCh37/hg19 reference assembly. These files support the findings of the associated project and are formatted for downstream genetic analyses. |
