Monkeypox Virus Resource features comprehensive integration and curation of monkeypox virus genome sequences, protein sequences, literature, raw sequences and metadata, performs genomic variation analysis for all collected virus strains, and provides online analysis tools for genome annotation, genomic variation analysis, sequence alignment and visualization.
The MPoxVR is contributed by MPoxVR team members, i.e. Yiming Bao, Shuhui Song, Meili Chen, Yingke Ma, Cuiping Li, Shuai Jiang, Dong Zou, Zheng Gong, Xuetong Zhao, Yangqing Wang, Junwei Zhu, Zhang Zhang, Wenming Zhao, and Yongbiao Xue from Beijing Institute of Genomics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (China National Center for Bioinformation).
