What is Mutant Seed?

We provide the information of a set of T-DNA homozygous Mutant Seed of Arabidopsis in LSD, which makes it convenient for users to analyze leaf senescence phenotypes of those loss-of-function mutants. For some genes, two homozygous alleles are provided. For other genes, only one homozygous allele is provided because just one allele is available in ABRC.

Currently, we only provide information of homozygous Mutant Seed of Arabidopsis. In the future, we will provide Mutant Seed information for other species if corresponding resources are available.
