Putative functional domains of SAGs were identified and annotated by InterProScan [1] with default parameters. Crosslinks to Gene3D, PANTHER, Pfam, ProSitePatterns, ProSiteProfiles, SUPERFAMILY, PRINTS, SMART, PIRSF, TIGRFAM, Coils and Hamap databases were also added.
