Transcriptome sequencing of ischemic tissue and peripheral blood in stroke mouse after DNT treatment
Title | Transcriptome sequencing of ischemic tissue and peripheral blood in stroke mouse after DNT treatment |
---|---|
Description | To verify the influence of double negative T cell (DNT) treatment on ischemic stroke mice, we investigate the transcriptional profile of infarct tissue after DNT treatment. A preclinical mouse model, occlusion of the distal branches of the middle cerebral artery (dMCAO), displays key features of human ischemic stroke. In this study, we adoptive transferred intravenously to ischemic stroke mice after 30 minutes of dMCAO. Infarct foci and peripheral blood were isolated from ischemic stroke mice after 12 hours and 1, 3, 7, 14, 21 days. RNAs were obtained from infarct tissues and sequenced using a standard Illumina protocol. |
