| Description | Proteins were extracted from strawberry fruits treated with MG132 or DMSO, digested with trypsin, and labeled with TMT reagents 6-lex Kit (126: DMSO_bio_rep1; 127: MG132_bio_rep1; 128: DMSO_bio_rep2; 129: MG132_bio_rep2; 130: DMSO_bio_rep3; 131: MG132_bio_rep3). After fraction (7 fractions for each biological repeat), the TMT-labeled peptides were analyzed by nano-HPLC-MS/MS. Proteome Discoverer software (version 2.4) was used for protein identification and relative quantification. |
