Title Spatial Transcriptomics for developing mouse brain (H&E image set)
Description Here, we collected mouse brains at embryonic days E13.5, E15.5, E16.5, E17.5 and neonatal day P0 from wild-type C57 stain. The spatial transcriptomics libraries were constructed by using 10X Genomics VIsium Spatial Gene Expression Reagent kit.The omic dataset is for corresponding hematoxylin & eosin stain (H&E) images.
