To explore the molecular roles of NOVA1 in adipogenesis, hASCs were infected with shNOVA1 or the control lentiviral particles and adipogenically induced for 3 days. The gene expressions in scramble-hASCs and shNOVA1-hASCs before or after adipogenic induction were profiled using HTA 2.0 array. |
