Title Proteogenomic Characterization Identifies Biological Insights and Subtype-Specific Therapeutic Strategies of Small Cell Lung Cancer
Description We performed an integrated proteogenomic characterization study of 112 treatment-naive small cell lung cancer tumors and paired normal adjacent tissues (NATs) from Chinese patients by integrating mass spectrometry (MS)-based proteomics and phosphoproteomics with genomics and transcriptomics data.
