Title Human embryonic lung single-cell transcriptome data and spatial transcriptome data
Description Single-cell transcriptome profiles of early lung development of human embryos weeks 4-8 post-fertilization were obtained by 10x Genomics Chromium platform. Spatial transcriptomic data of 6 week's lung tissue sections were by 10x Visium technique. Single-cell transcriptome profiles of mouse enbryonic lung development from E12-E14 were obtained by 10x Genomics Chromium platform.
