Title Full-length Immune Repertoire Reconstruction and Profiling at the Transcriptome Level Using Long Read Sequencing
Description Here, we have developed a targeted full-length BCR/TCR transcript sequencing workflow (FLIRseq) with high accuracy and quantitative ability based on nanopore sequencing platforms. Then, FLIRseq was applied to characterize BCR/TCR repertoires of peripheral blood from healthy controls (HC), patients with acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL), and patients with allergic diseases (AD), tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) in prostate cancer tissues, and lymphocytes in psoriasis tissues.
