| Description | To better understand the heterogeneity across the different stages of T1D, scRNA-seq was performed to interrogate the transcriptomic status of the peripheral immune cells from T1D individuals. In total, 12 cases were enrolled, including 5 new-onset cases with T1D (New), 4 cases during PR with T1D (PR), and 3 healthy donors (HD). |
