Title | Single cell analysis revealed immune heterogeneity and its association with disease activity in rheumatoid arthritis |
---|---|
Description | Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a chronic, inflammatory, systemic autoimmune disease characterized by cartilage, bone damage, synovial inflammation, hyperplasia production of autoantibodies and systemic features. To gain an overall profiling of RA immune environment and its association with clinical data, we performed single cell transcriptome and VDJ sequencing on the mononuclear cells from peripheral blood (PBMC) and synovial fluid (SF) for two patients with anti-citrullinated protein autoantibodies (ACPA) high and low respectively. |
