Single-cell sequencing reveals alterations in the PBMC landscape and monocyte status during colorectal adenocarcinoma formation
Title | Single-cell sequencing reveals alterations in the PBMC landscape and monocyte status during colorectal adenocarcinoma formation |
---|---|
Description | We screened 5 healthy subjects, 5 adenoma patients and 5 early-stage adenocarcinoma patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria of endoscopic and pathological results. PBMC isolation and single-cell sequencing were performed using the peripheral blood from the patients. Further analysis was carried out on cell subsets. The PBMC scRNA-seq data were subjected to quality control. Expression of mitochondrial genes was concentrated in a certain area (less than 10% of the total number of genes) . After filtering of cells with a high mitochondrial gene ratio and a high erythrocyte gene ratio, a total of 110916 cells from 15 samples were analysed. |
