high-fat diet-induced dysbiosis regulates intestinal lipid metabolism via Ca2+ signaling

OMIX006080

1Summary
Title high-fat diet-induced dysbiosis regulates intestinal lipid metabolism via Ca2+ signaling
Description In this study, the tyramine-activated enterocyte cytoCa2+ signaling cascade is sufficient to suppress HFD-induced obesity and insulin resistance. Our results suggest that HFD-mediated dysbiosis has a negative feedback effect on gut lipid metabolism via cytoCa2+ signaling.
