| Title | Genotype profile of diabetic nephropathy in Chinese Han population |

| Description | This highly selective Chinese Han cohort consisted of 10,011 unrelated participants, including 2,279 biopsy-proved type 2 diabetic nephropathy patients, 3,762 type 2 diabetes patients diagnosed more than ten years without diabetic nephropathy and diabetic retinopathy, and 3,970 healthy controls without diabetes. We used two stage analysis. Stage 1 used the Zhonghua8 array design including 991 DN and 1,154 T2D patients, while stage 2 used the Asian Screening Array (ASA) design including 1,288 DN, 2,608 T2D patients and 3,970 healthy controls. |
