Celastrol reduces cisplatin-induced nephrotoxicity in kidney organoids derived from human iPSCs
Title | Celastrol reduces cisplatin-induced nephrotoxicity in kidney organoids derived from human iPSCs |
---|---|
Description | We investigated the ability of celastrol to reduce cisplatin-induced nephrotoxicity using kidney organoids. RNA-seq analyses were performed to determine the mechanisms of celastrol function in the kidney. Four groups of samples were conducted to be compared based on transcriptional level, including 50 μM cisplatin treated, 2 μM celastrol treated, 2 μM celastrol plus 50 μM cisplatin treated, and control samples. |
