| Description | We sequenced spatial transcriptomes of three colorectal cancer patients. CRC-01 was sampled from the abdominal wall of a metastatic colorectal cancer patient, while CRC-02 was sampled from the ovarian metastasis site of another colorectal cancer patient. CRC-03 was sampled from a primary colorectal cancer patient. CRC-01 and CRC-02 were sequenced on the 10X Visium CytAssist platform. CRC-03 was sequenced with Stereo-seq with a nearby slice stained by H&E. |
