| Description |
A total of 251 patients with lung adenocarcinoma were recruited from the Nanjing-Huaxi Lung Cancer Consortium (NHLCC), including 139 from the Nanjing Lung Cancer Cohort (NJLCC) study and 112 from the West China Hospital of Sichuan University (WCH). In addition to 91 LUAD patients with tumor-blood paired tissues, fresh-frozen tumor tissues and matched germline DNA samples from whole-blood samples and/or fresh-frozen adjacent normal lung tissues were obtained from 160 LUAD patients during surgical resection. |
