| Description |
MS was used to identify FOXM1-interacting proteins. 293T Cells were transfected with Flag-FOXM1. Cells were lysed with lysis buffer containing protease inhibitors. After centrifugation, immunoprecipitation of Flag-FOXM1 was performed with anti-FLAG M2 beads for 2 h at 4 °C. The proteins were proteolytically digested and analyzed by mass spectrometry for protein identification. |
