| Description | MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cells were pre-treated with or without 10% 1,6-hexanediol (HEX) for 10 min, cross-linked using 1% formaldehyde, and digested with Hae III. Biotinylated bridge linkers were ligated to the DNA fragment ends, and after sonication, biotinylated linker/DNA/protein complexes were captured with magnetic streptavidin beads for label-free quantitative mass spectrometry analysis. |
