Title Reconstitution of spermatogenesis and continuous generation of functional haploid germ cells in mouse testicular organoids
Description The organoids cultured by "formation-differentiation" culture method was named as the optimized testicular organoids (abbreviated as O-Torgs), while cultured with constant αMKM was designated as traditional testicular organoids (abbreviated as T-Torgs). The scRNA-seq data of O-Torgs and T-Torgs at day 40 revealed the developmental trajectory and niche of testicular organoids. The scRNA-seq data at day 6 disclosed the impacts of different culturing conditions on testicular organoids.
