Title Expression profiling of U87-MG and HT29 cells treated with ZYH005
Description ZYH005 has demonstrated excellent anti-tumor activity in GBM (glioblastoma multiforme) cell lines and colorectal cancer cell lines. To further investigate the anti-tumor mechanisms of ZYH005, U87-MG (a GBM cell line) and HT29 (a colorectal adenocarcinoma cell line) were treated with either DMSO (as a vehicle control) or 100 nM of ZYH005 for 48 hours. Total RNA was then extracted using TRIzol (Invitrogen), and gene expression profiling was performed with Affymetrix Human HTA 2.0 microarrays.
