| Description |
We identified a backbone parent line characterized bloomless and glossiness fruit, which was designated as bloomless cucumber 1 (bec1). A Bulked segregant analysis (BSA-seq) was performed to identify the genetic locus. The result revealed that the bec1 locus located near to 12.6Mb on chromosome 3. |
