A bulked segregant analysis (BSA-seq) was performed to identify the genetic locus. The result revealed that the bec1 locus located near to 12.6Mb on chromosome 3. These results suggested that the bec1 carries a recessive genetic locus, which determines bloomless fruit in cucumber. |
