Title Immune properties of patients with acute HBV infection
Description we conducted scRNA-seq on peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from five patients with acute HBV infection (AHB) and five healthy donors (HD). This allowed us to examine the transcriptomic profiles of these cells and their T cell receptor (TCR) repertoires. Concurrently, we analyzed immune cells from a liver biopsy of one patient. By employing anchoring integration and unsupervised clustering, we identified 36 unique cell types and states (subsets) in a pool of 49,305 high-quality single cells, based on their distinct signature markers of gene expression
