Title Tri-omic single-cell mapping of the 3D epigenome and transcriptome in whole mouse brains throughout the lifespan (ChAIR-PET)
Description We developed ChAIR, a high-throughput approach to simultaneously assess chromatin accessibility, chromatin interactions, and RNA expression, in single cells. We use ChAIR to identify a temporal and causal mechanism that links 3D epigenome remodeling and transcriptional regulation in mammalian cells.
