| Description | To investigate the functional roles of STREMI in mitochondria, we identified STREMI-interacting partners in mitochondrial fractions of HEK293T cells by immunoprecipitation (IP) assay combined with LC-MS/MS. HEK293T cells overexpressing StrepII-STREMI were subjected to mitochondrial isolation, lysed, and incubated with Strep-Tactin affinity beads for IP. Eluted proteins were analyzed by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). |
