| Description | We performed untargeted LC-MS/MS metabolomics on mouse brown adipose tissue (BAT) to investigate the metabolic effects of the microprotein STREMI. BAT samples were collected from STREMI knockout (KO) and wild-type (WT) mice under both room temperature and cold stress conditions. High-resolution mass spectrometry analysis was conducted in positive and negative ionization modes, with data from each mode processed separately. Quality control (QC) samples were included to monitor instrument performance and ensure analytical reproducibility. |
