Title Non-targeted metabolomics of feces in hyperuricemia mice
Description This study established a uric acid nephropathy model using unilateral nephrectomy in mice combined with adenine and potassium oxonate, and intervened with a mixed probiotic primarily composed of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium. Untargeted metabolomics of fecal samples evaluated the impact of the mixed probiotic on fecal metabolites in mice.
