Title Molecular Subtypes of Balanopreputial and Urethral Male Genital Lichen Sclerosus: Distinct Transcriptomic and Clinicopathological Profiles
Description This dataset contained two raw count matrixes including prepuce lesions and urethral lesions. This study is the first to reveal the heterogeneity of MGLSc patients through an integrated analysis of transcriptomics, histological characteristics, and the features of urethral strictures. Our findings elucidate the specific biological processes underlying two MGLSc subtypes and identify distinct gene signatures for the heterogeneous patient population with MGLSc.
