Title Precise diagnosis of small malignant pulmonary nodules driven by single-cell immune signatures (SMART) in peripheral blood: a prospective multi-center cohort study
Description This dataset contains mass cytometry (CyTOF) data of peripheral blood immune cells from 930 participants, including healthy controls, benign pulmonary nodule cases, and malignant nodule patients (minimally invasive/invasive adenocarcinoma/advanced lung cancer nodule). Data was generated using a 40-marker antibody panel and analyzed via the SMART platform. Note: This study focuses on protein-level immune profiling and does not involve genomic or human genetic resource data.
