| Description | To obtain comprehensive and systematic phenomic data from the mutant population, we established an image-based phenotyping pipeline. In this pipeline, the whole plant or spike of each EMS line is first placed on a platform with scale markers for photographic imaging. Subsequently, deep learning-based image analysis is performed to extract plant architecture traits, spike traits, and spikelet traits from the images. |
