Title Midgut cell atlas of four important mosquito species and the key factors associated with DENV infection
Description The midgut scRNA-seq data including barcodes, features and matrix files are divided into 3 categories: (I) four medically important mosquitoes (Aedes aegypti, Aedes albopictus, Culex pipiens pallens and Culex tritaeniorhynchus) at 7 days post eclosion (dpe). (II) Aedes aegpyti and Culex tritaeniorhynchus after uninfectious bloodmeal at 14 dpe (7 days post bloodmeal). (III) DENV-infected Aedes aegpyti at 14 dpe (7 days post infection).
