| Title | Influenza virus dissemination and infection leads to tissue resident cell injury and dysfunction in viral sepsis |
|---|---|
| Description | Influenza A virus PR8 was intranasally administrated to establish the VS survival, VS lethal, and BS mouse models, respectively. We conducted single-cell transcriptome sequencing on the lungs at 1, 2, 3, 5, and 7 dpi for all these three groups. The lung tissues were harvested from three animals for each group on 1, 2, 3, 5, 7 dpi and control group and mixed for scSeq. Additional single lung tissues from VS survival group were obtained on 14 and 28 dpi. The liver tissues were harvested from three animals for VS and BS group on 3 and 7 dpi and control group and mixed for scRNA-Seq. |
