Title Screening of TNK2 downstream phosphorylated proteins and interacting proteins
Description To identify phosphorylated proteins downstream of the non-receptor tyrosine kinase TNK2 and proteins that interact with TNK2, we first established control cells (vector) and Flag-TNK2 stably overexpressing cell lines in the mouse pancreatic cancer cell line KPC. Proteins were isolated and extracted, and differentially phosphorylated proteins were detected by phosphoprotein profiling. Second, IP experiments were performed in Flag-TNK2-overexpressing cells using a Flag antibody, and potential target proteins interacting with TNK2 were identified by protein profiling.
