| Title |
A Circulating GPNMB-Based Multimodal Model Integrates Tumor-Immune Crosstalk to Predict Immunotherapy Response in Esophageal Cancer |
| Description |
High-throughput proteomic profiling of pretreatment plasma samples was conducted in a discovery cohort of 91 patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) who received neoadjuvant chemoimmunotherapy. These datasets were used to explore circulating biomarkers and their association with therapeutic response. RNA-sequencing data were generated from OT1 CD8 T cells stimulated in vitro with recombinant mouse GPNMB to investigate transcriptional changes associated with GPNMB-mediated immune regulation. |
