Title Median poly(A) length for genes from 20 species
Description We used FLSP-seq to profile poly(A) tails in 20 plant species. This dataset provides gene-level median poly(A) tail lengths: for each gene, it includes the gene ID, all observed poly(A) tail length values (comma-separated), and the corresponding median poly(A) tail length.
