| Description | We use FLEP-seq2 to profile full-length transcriptome of different tissues and species. The raw sequencing data generated in this study were deposited in China National Center for Bioinformation with accession PRJCA007575 and in NCBI with accession PRJNA788163. The dataset stored the alignment bam files and the mapping position, mapped gene, poly(A) tail length and splicing status of each reads. |
