Title Integrated Metabolomic and Transcriptomic Analysis Reveals Novel Plasma Biomarkers and Metabolic Pathway Dysregulation in Latent Tuberculosis Infection
Description This dataset contains untargeted LC-MS/MS plasma metabolomics data from 166 human participants, including 81 individuals with latent tuberculosis infection (LTBI) and 85 healthy controls. Plasma samples were analyzed using a Shimadzu LC-MS 9030 Q-TOF system in both positive and negative electrospray ionization modes. The study aimed to identify differential metabolites and diagnostic biomarkers associated with LTBI. Raw mass spectrometry data, processed feature tables, and metadata are included.
