| Description | This dataset contains targeted metabolomics data from mouse N2a neuroblastoma cells infected with Japanese encephalitis virus JEV strain P3. N2a cells were infected at a multiplicity of infection of 5 or mock infected and intracellular metabolites were collected at 24 hours post infection with n equals 3 per group. The analysis focused on core intermediates of central carbon metabolism including glycolysis, the tricarboxylic acid cycle, the pentose phosphate pathway, amino acid metabolism and nucleotide metabolism. |
