Title Targeted metabolomic profiling of central carbon metabolism in JEV infected N2a neuroblastoma cells
Description This dataset contains targeted metabolomics data from mouse N2a neuroblastoma cells infected with Japanese encephalitis virus JEV strain P3. N2a cells were infected at a multiplicity of infection of 5 or mock infected and intracellular metabolites were collected at 24 hours post infection with n equals 3 per group. The analysis focused on core intermediates of central carbon metabolism including glycolysis, the tricarboxylic acid cycle, the pentose phosphate pathway, amino acid metabolism and nucleotide metabolism.
