| Title | Transcriptomic analysis of the response of crayfish hemocytes to DIV1 infection |

| Description | In this study, we explore the response of hemocytes against DIV1 by transcriptomic analysis. Cherax quadricarinatus in the challenge group were injected with purified DIV1 virions while those in the control group were injected with an equal volume of normal saline. Hemocytes were collected from the animals at 24 h post-injection. Hemocytes from 3 animals were pooled as one sample. Three samples were prepared for each group and subjected to transcriptomic analysis. |
